Job Description:
Working Place: Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Tan My Ward (Former District 7), HCMC
Purpose
Manage and ensure Quality Assurance and product compliance across all business units in the market.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality performance in the market through the management of customer complaint and quality systems (CRQS/PQS), coordination of market quality programs, enforcement of quality standards across trade channels, and monitoring of quality execution versus competitors.
- Handle customer complaints and product returns related to quality issues, including receiving, investigating, and resolving cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and report quality-related trends, issues, and performance indicators to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and flexibility to travel when required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a good understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
