Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle customer inquiries and requests related to loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the implementation of promotions, customer events, and communication activities.
- Provide administrative support, including document printing, filing, and record management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- College or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related fields is preferred.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, is an advantage.
