Job Description:


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle customer inquiries and requests related to loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support the implementation of promotions, customer events, and communication activities.
  • Provide administrative support, including document printing, filing, and record management.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • College or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, is an advantage.
