Position: Sale Engineer

Working location: Etown Central Tower, 11 Doan Van Bo, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing assigned customers or accounts, including developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing additional value.
Grow and retain assigned accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, promoting additional products or services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication, follow-up, and relationship-building activities.
Participate in pre-sales activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions with potential customers.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions to meet their specific needs.
Assist in developing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, ensuring they accurately reflect the technical specifications, capabilities, and value proposition of the company’s products or services.
Gather market feedback on product performance, customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Collaborate with other departments such as operations, engineering, quality, and customer support to address customer needs, resolve technical issues, and ensure the execution of sales initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
